For this workout, you’ll need 2 sets of dumbbells.

One heavier set, between 4kgs – 6kgs or more and one lighter set, only between 1kg – 2kgs.

Perform 20 repetitions for each exercises, 3 – 4 sets, and do this workout twice weekly for best results.
