  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Cut each potato into 8 – 12 wedges; place in a large bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
  3. Arrange in a single layer in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  5. Turn; bake 25 – 30 minutes longer or until crisp.
