Ab Ripper Workout

This workout is a 10 minute core-strengthening abdominal routine that uses ab-targeted moves to incinerate fat, shrink the waistline and sculpt the strength and definition throughout the abs, back, glutes and obliques for lean and sexy results fast!

 

You will need a light dumbbell, a Yoga mat, a towel and a bottle of water to complete this workout.
