Healthy Potato Wedges
These wedges are full of flavour, made with some delicious herbs and they make the perfect side for almost anything. You can add some to salads for a nice change in texture. The video shows you how to make tasty potato wedges the healthy way.

- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- Cut each potato into 8 – 12 wedges; place in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
- Arrange in a single layer in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Turn; bake 25 – 30 minutes longer or until crisp.
