How To Make Pasta Pomodoro
Make a simple, rich tomato sauce, using plum tomatoes, garlic, chicken broth, red pepper flakes, basil, and balsamic vinegar. Serve over cooked pasta topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. If you use vegetable stock instead of the chicken broth you have a quick-and-easy vegetarian meal great for meatless Mondays. This is a nice dish and simple to make.
