This routine is sure to keep your body guessing! You’ll go from using your own body weight to testing your balancing skills to pushing your limits with some resistance bands! This total body routine is going to tone your booty, arms and core. This amazing combination of workouts is taken from different videos to make a routine designed to tone your whole body. If you don’t own the bands or mini bands you can still do these exercises, but without the resistance.

 

You Will Need:

A pair of 5-10lb dumbbells, a kettlebell, mini bands, a resistance band and an exercise ball!
