At Home Total Body Workout

This sequence of do-anywhere exercises target your abs, arms, booty and legs. Each set of exercises takes 30 seconds and there are two 1 minute rests in between. If you need to pause longer – feel free to do so. To give your muscles enough time to recover, you can do this workout 2 – 3 times a week.
Since these exercises require no equipment, this workout is the perfect way to target your abs, arms, booty and legs in 20 minutes!
