Healthy, feta stuffed chicken is a lot easier to make than you probably think it is. Mediterranean ingredients such as lemon, oregano and feta cheese makes your everyday chicken dinner spectacular.
Lower Calorie Lemon Feta Chicken with Oregano

- 8 skinless chicken thighs
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp oregano
- salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Method
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Trim all fat off chicken.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice.
- Place in a roasting pan and bake for about 35 – 40 minutes.
- When chicken is cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with feta.
- Grill on low for about 2 – 3 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
